Circular Economy
Our aim is to supply products manfactured mainly with recyclable or renewable materials. We prioritize responsible sourcing of recyclable products and accelerate the recovery of old materials for recycling. However, due to the nature of our industries we serve, achieving a 100% circular economy is a challenge.
Through our Research and Development, we are committed to collaborative efforts with our suppliers from across the globe to develop products of impactful innovations that seek to accelerate progress to a greener and more circular economy.
Climate Change
Climate change is the most critical issue of the 21st century. As a responsible organization, we aim to achieve Carbon Neutrality by 2030. To help us get there, we're continually setting policies that focuses on minimizing energy use by investing in energy efficient equipment and providing training on energy saving strategies throughout our internal operations. Due to the nature of our organization, we are delighted to be producing ZERO emissions. That's a good start!
Supply Chain for the Environment
We conduct our business with a deep sense of respect to all our people and our suppliers from around the world that tirelessly work to ensure that customers are served with the highest level of service. By communicating our sustainability goals with our people and suppliers, we're able to embark on relationships that make progress and open doors to greater possibilities.
From the beginning of 2023, We've made a commitment to cut all air-freight shipping across the board. All our supply chain imports and exports will be fulfilled via land and ocean shipping as we embark on curbing greenhouse emissions related to our logistics.
Communities for Climate Action
We believe that curbing of greenhouse emissions alone will not guarantee climate recovery. For a better generational change, we believe in forestry as a force for change towards climate restoration.
We are committed to work directly with Communities, NGOs and Government entities to battle climate change by means of forestry development. We intent to invest at least 2% of our annual profits to NGOs with interests in forestry development accross Southern Africa.
