MAC Slim Butterfly Valve Cast Ductile Iron PN16 Wafer or Lugged EN 593

Introduction

Our MAC standard concentric (resilient-seated) slim butterfly valves offer a highly reliable, cost-effective solution for bi-directional flow control, isolation, and throttling across a wide range of industrial applications. Engineered with a precision-centered disc and stem design, these quarter-turn valves feature a heavy-duty elastomeric seat liner—available in high-grade EPDM, Buna-N, or Viton®—that provides a bubble-tight shutoff while completely isolating the valve body from the process media. Built to conform to strict international standards including API 609, MSS SP-67, and EN 593, our valves feature durable cast iron or ductile iron bodies paired with stainless steel or aluminum-bronze discs to ensure long-term operational integrity.

To accommodate diverse pipeline configuration requirements, this versatile product line is available in two space-saving body styles: the lightweight Wafer type, which serves as an economical clamping solution featuring precise outer alignment holes for standard through-bolts, and the robust Lugged type, which incorporates integral, threaded bolt holes for independent bolting from either side, making it the ideal choice for safe dead-end isolation services.
